Though the Title field is the only mandatory one, it is recommended that more information is included to take advantage of the many links available. These links enable a number of different reports to include the Strategies, as well as underlying Actions. |

This completes the setup of the Strategic Community Plan. As you can see, a number of links have now been set up within the plan – Strategies link to Outcomes, and Outcomes link to Goals.

If you want a “bird’s eye” view of your complete planning structure, you can go to the Navigation Pad from within the Strategic Planning menu. It allows you to follow the linkages from your highest level strategic goals through to your lowest level actions. This is a powerful tool to easily see how the actions that you are responsible for fit into your organisation’s goals and the strategic plan. |
