The following instances will trigger a failed notification:

  1. When a user has entered an invalid email ID in the staff page

  2. An issue in the Camms.Risk Incident Email Server

  3. An SMTP server failure

  4. SMS Gateway failed responses

  5. Set this up following the below steps:

  • STEP 1: Under Menu > Framework > Incident Settings > Notification Templates, create a template for an error log with the below setup:

    • Notification Type: NotificationDeliveryFailure

    • Notification Method: Email and SMS

    • Email/SMS Body: Select [ErrorLog] from variables snippet
