This was released on 23rd January 2021 and includes the following new features and enhancements to improve your user experience within the system. 

1. Portal users can now generate reports on submitted incidents  

Incident portal users will be able to generate a report for submitted incidents, by easily generating a PDF report output from within the portal dashboard. The report will only display the information submitted by the user.

To generate the report, you may select the submitted incident, report orientation (landscape or portrait), and report export type (PDF, Excel, or Word), and click 'Generate Report' to download the report. The default selections will be in landscape orientation and PDF export type. 

2. Discontinuation of the Incident Investigation and Incident Overview Reports

As previously announced, the existing standard Incident Investigation Report and Incident Overview Report will be permanently removed following the January sprint as part of our plans to retire older legacy reports.
