This was released on 23rd January 2021 and includes the following new features and enhancements to improve your user experience within the system. 

1. View a calculated annual target in the KPIs

This modification allows users to see a new 'Annual Target' field in KPIs Targets/Actuals tab, which will show the sum or average of all period targets based on the aggregation method.

• Once the above setting is enabled, a new label called 'Annual Target' will be shown in the KPIs Targets/Actuals tab, which will show the sum or average of all period targets based on the aggregation method.

• If the aggregation method is,

  • Normal – ‘Annual Target' label will show the sum of all period targets

  • Average – 'Annual Target' label will show the average of all period targets

  • Cumulative – 'Annual Target' label will show the sum of all period targets

2. Overall performance calculation of Scorecards

The logic of calculating the overall performance of a scorecard has been corrected such that the individual performance of KPIs/ Scorecards that are linked to the parent scorecard does not exceed the allocated weighting percentage. If the weighted performance of linked KPIs/Scorecards exceeds its allocated weighting, its maximum allocated weighting is considered as the contribution to the parent scorecard.
