3. User interface revamp of Implementation Budget and Preliminary Budget objects

• Several improvements were made to the user Interface of the Task Planning object, targeted at increasing the usability and user productivity.  

  1. Increased grid font sizes, heading font sizes, cell heights and line spacing, and changes to the gird header colours.

  2. New icons for Responsible Person and Task performance traffic light.

  3. Gantt chart's timeline view is set to default as 'scale to fit'.
