Type: Basic Report (Does not use Design Forms)  

Description: This will give the user a snapshot view of the Incident Investigations. Comprises of two pie charts, displaying the count of Incident Investigations per each Incident Type, under Open status and Closed status separately.  Further, a grid will be available to view the basic details of Incident Investigations.
