The Business Case Object consists of three tabs:

Business Case Details.
Business Case Project Objectives.
Business Case Project Delivery Options.

This object and its tabs can be renamed.
The Project Delivery Options tab can be switched off if not required at this point in your workflow.

Prerequisites and Dependencies

Project Objectives: At least one business case must be created (Business Case Details tab completed at least once) to enter Project Objectives. A set of objectives must be attached to the Business Case.
Project Delivery Options: At least one business case must be created (Business Case Details tab completed at least once) to enter Project Delivery Options. A set of delivery options must be attached to the Business Case.
