After clicking the 'Export Offline' button, a pop-up will appear, indicating that the report can be accessed through the report download page.

"To monitor the progress or status (Pending, Completed, or Failed) of a report being generated by the system, navigate to the 'My Downloads' menu: Mega Menu > Workspace > My Downloads.
Once the report is generated, and the notification email has been sent to the user, the status will update to 'Completed'. During the time it takes for the email to be sent, the status will remain 'Pending'. If timeout errors or access permission failures occur during report generation, the status will be displayed as 'Failed'.
The 'Download' button will only be visible when the report status is 'Completed'. If the status is 'Pending' or 'Failed', the download button will not appear.
Clicking the 'Delete' button will remove the report from the interface. (This action only removes the record from the interface without affecting the physical file or database table.)
Reports are sorted by date, with the most recent appearing at the top. Each page will display a maximum of 10 records.
