The Dashboard provides Administrators and Org. Unit Managers an analytical view of assessments. The Dashboard view will depend on the security role assigned to the user who is viewing the dashboard. E.g. An Org. Unit Manager of a particular directorate will only be able to see an analytical view of the assessments of their directorate.

You can access the Dashboard by clicking the button from the quick access menu on the left.

The following elements will exist across all the tabs in the dashboard:

  1. Dashboard Filters - These filters will facilitate the user to filter information by the Period Type, Reporting Year and Reporting Period.

  2.  Breadcrumb Navigation - This will allow the user to keep track and maintain awareness of the current location in the hierarchy.

  3. Dashboard Tabs - The Dashboard will be categorized under four tabs, they are:

    1. Overview

    2. Staff Highlights

    3. Skills

    4. Status

  4. Hierarchy Navigation  - Clicking this button will expand this area allowing the user to select a hierarchy and navigate anywhere within the selected hierarchy. The dashboard will update according to the hierarchy navigation.

You can view additional information related to a specific user's assessment(see figure below) by navigating to them via the Hierarchy navigation.

The widgets shown in the dashboard will have two buttons to toggle between a graphical representation and a grid representation.

You can also export each individual widget by clicking on the Export button placed on the top right corner of every widget in the dashboard.
