This report shows average ratings for managers. Data is pulled from the relevant assessments when a year is selected, i. e. it shows data for the last three years along with the corresponding ratings. The report is grouped by assessment elements such as Task, Strategy, Competency, etc.
To generate this report, follow the steps below:
STEP 1: Go to Reports from the Quick Access Menu on the right or from the Mega Menu and click the 'HR Performance Report'.
STEP 2: Define the Reporting Year.
STEP 3: Click 'Preview' to view an Adobe Acrobat document of the report via the browser. Use 'Change' to change any criteria.
STEP 4: Click 'Export ' to generate the report in the selected file type. After the report is generated, a browser message window pops up.
STEP 5: Click 'Open ' to open the document or 'Save' to save the document in the PC.
