When you log into to Camms.Engage as an Administrator, the new ? support icon would be visible for you within the Admin panel of the Dashboards.
Note: If you are logged in as a General User this icon and its functionalities would not be visible for you.
Clicking the ? New Support icon will display a list of all the support tasks available for you.
All Camms.Engage product related details and versions would be shown to you if you click on the About Us page.
Clicking on the Support icon will redirect you to the Homepage of Camms Support Portal where you are offered with a variety of support services.
If you need to navigate to the 'User Guide' you could simply click on the User Guide option which will redirect you to the Camms.Engage User Guide portal Homepage.
