1. Overview

The Quick Recommendation Search page will let you update/add all recommendation details to findings for each of the audits you have permission or the responsible person to update, in a convenient and quick manner, if you are looking at updating all recommendation details to all findings in one go.

This page can be accessed via Menu > Quick Search > Quick Recommendation Search.

2. Quick Update Recommendation Details

To quick update recommendation details:

  • STEP 1: Access the page via Menu > Quick Search > Quick Recommendation Search.

Note: Access any audit details page by clicking on any listed Audit Title link, or access the recommendation details page by clicking on any listed Recommendation/Corrective Action link.

  • STEP 2: Select the audit titles to update recommendation details using the checkboxes in the left corner of each row. Or simply click on Select All to update all recommendation details in the system that you have permission or the responsible person to update.

  • STEP 3: Click on the Quick Recommendation Update button at the top-right corner of the page.

  • STEP 4: This will load the Recommendation Quick update page for one recommendation at a time. Fill in details for the recommendation, and click on the Save button at the top-right corner of the page.

  • STEP 5: Navigate to other recommendations by clicking on the First, Previous, Next, Last buttons at the top-right corner of each page, update details, and Save before moving to the next record.

  • STEP 6: Check the history log/audit trail of changes made by clicking on the History button at the top-right corner of the page.

  • STEP 7: This would list out the audit trail details in a new window, where you can print details by clicking on the Print button at the top-left corner of the page.
