Camms is pleased to announce the January 2023 Release for the Camms.College Learning Experience Platform (LXP).

This release includes a number of features and enhancements to improve your user experience within the system. They will be available to all users on 12th January 2023.

Feature Release

1. Certificate Center

With the introduction of the Certificate Center, users can now view and download all course certificates they have received. To view the Certificate Center, users would need to navigate to the new ‘My Certificates’ tab in the left-hand navigation panel.

In addition, they can also view the Product (Camms Application related to the course), Type (Introductory, Solution or Admin Course) and Completed Date of the course.

2. Learner History Report

The Learner History Report allows all Learner users to generate a report which contains a list of all their learning activity enrolments. This report can be found under the new ‘Reports’ tab on the left-hand navigation panel.

The report provides information on Activity Type (Course, Webinar or Face-to-Face Training), Learning Activity Title, Enrolled Date, Completed Date, Status (Not Started, Incomplete or Complete) and Version. In addition, this report can be exported in .csv format by clicking on ‘Export as Excel’.

To generate this report, navigate to ‘Reports > Learner History > Create New Report’

Improvements

  1. Default Sort on Catalogue
    The default sorting of tiles on the Catalogue page has been enhanced to show in order of the last updated learning activity. As a result, the Catalogue will show the most recent learning activity first. IMPACT: All Users

  2. Webinar and Face-to-Face Training Progress Percentage
    Users can now view their completion progress on all Webinars and Face-to-Face Training activities as a percentage (%) on the My Learning Details page. IMPACT: All Users.

  3. Improved Password Policy
    The password complexity requirement when setting a new password has been enforced for improved application security. IMPACT: All Users
