This section provides guidance on using the notification feed available in the dashboard.

Notifications
Notifications can be accessed easily from the top navigation bar by clicking the bell icon located next to your profile image. Notifications are displayed in order of recency, with the most recent ones appearing first, ensuring you stay up to date with important updates and alerts.
There are two types of notifications: automatically generated notifications and those created by the Platform Administrator. Distributed notifications will appear in the ‘Notifications’ area.
Notifications may provide additional information regarding Learning activities, events, or platform status.
Except for automatically generated notifications, which have a validity period based on the scenario, the Platform Administrator will set a specific date range for the notification to expire. After this period, the notification will be removed from the dashboard.
If there are no current notifications, the message presented is: “You do not currently have any notifications.”
To view the complete list of active notifications, simply click on the [View All] button, readily available in the notification section.
The following section details the steps to view notifications:
Step 1 - Click the notification title to display the notification message in a pop-up screen.
Step 2 - Click on [X] to close the notification pop up.
Step 3 - Click [Show All] to display all active notifications in a new page.
Step 4 - Click [Dashboard] on the Welcome Panel to return to your dashboard view.
