Viewing Progress Reports and Analytics

The Learner History Report is a powerful feature within our Learning Experience Platform (LXP) designed to provide a comprehensive overview of learner user activities up to the current date. This self-generatable report offers valuable insights into each activity performed by the learner user.

Create New Report – Creating a New Report allows you to view all the learning activities you have engaged in so far, along with their respective statuses.

Click the [Manage] button within the Learner History report screen shown above to start the process of generating the intended report.   

Manage Templates: The Manage Templates function enables you to create and manage reporting templates by adding or removing column headers in the report. To do this, click the [Manage] button within the Manage Templates function, to create and edit columns in the report and save them for future use.

The Learner History Report encompasses the following columns for a thorough understanding of learner progress and engagement:

  • Activity Type: Displays the type of enrolled activity, allowing easy categorization.

  • Activity Title: Lists the title of the enrolled activity for quick identification.

  • Enrolled Date: Records the date when the learner user initially enrolled in the activity.

  • Completed Date: Indicates the date when the learner successfully completed the activity.

  • Certificate: Indicates whether a certificate has been earned for the completed activity (Yes/No).

  • Progress %: Provides a visual representation of the learner's progress in percentage.

  • Status: Highlights the current status of the enrolled resources, giving insight into ongoing completed activities.

  • Version: Displays the version of the activity the learner engaged with.
