5. Why is my course not loading?
There can be multiple reasons for your course not loading, such as:
Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Slow internet speed or bandwidth issues may prevent the course from loading.
Your browser may have blocked pop-ups. You will receive a browser notification to enable pop-ups. Once enabled, you won't need to enable them again as it is a one-time task.
Try clearing your browser cache (shortcut for cache refresh: Ctrl+F5) or access the same URL in incognito mode. Please refer to Figure 1 for instructions on clearing cache in Chrome and Figure 2 for the same process in Edge.

8. Why is my course or webinar progress/status not updating even after completing the learning activity?
After completing a course, ensure that you select "Save and Exit" and wait for your progress data to be saved. Once the data is successfully saved, you will be automatically redirected to the "My Learning Details" page of the activity.
If you close the browser tab or exit the browser before the data is fully saved, your progress may be lost.
9. Why can't I log in to GSP College through the SSO portal?
This issue usually occurs when your email address has not been added to your staff record in the Camms application. You will see the error message below when attempting to log in.
To resolve this, ensure your email is correctly registered in the staff table. You can ask your Camms administrator to verify that your email is listed in your profile. If it's missing, it must be added before you can log in to GSP College via the SSO portal.
Refer to the image below for more details.
10. I'm used to logging into GSP College via the SSO portal, but I was taken to a login page when I clicked a URL. What email and password should I use? My usual Camms credentials didn’t work.
If you usually access GSP College via Single Sign-On (SSO) and haven’t previously set a separate password, you may be prompted to log in when accessing a direct link (e.g., from a newsletter or shared URL). This typically occurs when:
You haven’t triggered the GSP College SSO connection by logging in through the Camms platform, or
You're not currently logged into the Camms portal.
To log in directly to GSP College:Click the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the GSP College login screen.
Enter the same email address you use to log into your Camms application or SSO portal.
You’ll receive an email with a link to set a password for your GSP College account.
Once your password is set, you can log in directly when needed. Your existing SSO access will continue to work when logging in via the Camms portal.
