Distribute Bespoke Learning Activities

In this section, you gain comprehensive control over distribute bespoke learning activities within the group, enabling you to view existing bespoke learning activates and list of enrolled learners for each bespoke learning activity.

Learning Distribution

To Distribute the bespoke learning activity

Step 1 

Access to the “Distribution” module in main menu.

Step 2 

Select Activities – The Group Admin must tick (✓) the bespoke learning activity or activities that they wish to distribute. The selected activity count is visible at the left bottom of the page. Once bespoke learning activities are selected [Next] button will be activated. Click the [Next] button at the right bottom of the screen to proceed. To select all Activity Titles, tick (✓) the topmost box.   

Step 3 

Select Learner – The Group Admin must tick (✓) learners from the Select Learner tab and click the [Distribute] button at the right bottom of the screen to distribute the selected bespoke learning activity to selected users in the group.

Select Group - The Group Admin must tick (✓) their organization from the Select Group tab and click the [Distribute] button at the right bottom of the screen to distribute the selected bespoke learning activity to all users in the group.

Remove Distribution of Bespoke Learning Activities

The Learning Distribution allows you to remove the distribution of learners from bespoke learning activities.

To remove distribution

Step 1 

Select Activities – Click the [View] button of the learning activity from which group admin want to remove distribution.

Step 2 

Select Learner - Select Learner - The Group Admin must tick (✓) the learners from the available learner list whose distribution group admin wants to remove and click the [Remove Distribution] button at the bottom left to remove the distribution.
