Certificate Management

This section provides comprehensive guidance on effectively accessing and reviewing certificate-related information within the LXP. These essential certificate management functions are accessible through the "Learners Certificates" module under the "Certificates" section. This functionality allows Group Admins to view and manage certificates earned by learners within their group.

Overview of the Certificate Module
In this section, you gain comprehensive control over certificate related data within your group. The "Learners Certificates" module is accessible under the "Certificates " section in the navigation.
The Certificates module consists of two sub-modules:
My Certificate (Note: This sub-module is covered in detail in the Learner Guide)
Learners Certificates
Learners Certificates: This sub-module allows group admins to view certificate-related information for learners in their group. Group admins can see which learners have obtained certificates, either by individual learner or by learning activity. However, they cannot manage or modify the certificates. The sub-module is divided into two tabs for better visibility and management:

Viewing Learners Certificates
The “Learners Certificates” sub-module provides an organised structure for viewing certificate details by learner and by activity.
By Learner Tab
The "By Learner" tab displays a list of all learners within the group who has obtained the certificates.
To view the certificates of a specific learner, click the “view“ button in the Action column. This will redirect you to a list of activities and certificates obtained by that learner.
By Activity Tab
The "By Activity" tab allows Group Admins to view the certificates associated with each learning activity in their group.
Click the “view“ button in the Action column to see the list of learners who have earned certificates for a specific activity. Similar to the "By Learner" tab, the "Group" and "Group Status" columns are visible only to users with permissions above Group Admin.
Downloading Certificate Data
The “Learners Certificates“ sub-module provides a convenient option to download certificate releated data in CSV format. Both the “By Learner” and “By Activity” tabs include a “Download as CSV” button, allowing Group Admins to export the displayed data. This feature ensures that Group Admins can easily access and manage certificate records outside the platform.
