Reports – Corporate Reporting

The Corporate Plan report will display action details for the entire organisation. To access this report,

STEP 1: Go to Reports> Corporate Business Planning > Corporate Business Reporting and select the 'Corporate Plan report'.
STEP 2: Select the relevant criteria and click the Preview button.

The filters available to sort the details are:

Reporting Year	Allows to select the required reporting year from the drop-down list.	Current Year
No of Years	Allows to select the number of years (from the reporting year selected above).	One Year (Annual)
Show Filter Page	Tick this to show the Filter page.	Ticked ON
Show Action Plans	Tick this option to include the action plan details.	Ticked ON
Show Budget Summary	Tick this option to include the budget summary.	Ticked ON
Show KPI Summary	Tick this option to include the KPI Summary.	Ticked ON
Show Tasks	Tick this option to show tasks against the actions.	Ticked OFF
Show Confidential Actions and KPIs	Tick this option to include confidential actions and KPIs.	Ticked OFF
Action Filter	Selection drop-down list to filter the Corporate Plan by Action tick box. The action filter box will be filtered from the action detail tick boxes. This will default to show all.	Show All
