Reports – Action Grouping Progress Report
The Action Grouping Progress Report details the actions and tasks linked to the specific action grouping hierarchies that you have set up and linked. These Hierarchies are setup via the framework area.
STEP 1: To access this report, go to Reports > Corporate Business Planning > Progress Reporting and select the 'Action Grouping Progress Report'.
STEP 2: Select the relevant criteria and click the Preview button.
The filters available to sort the details are:
Filters | Description | Default Selection |
---|---|---|
Reporting Year | Select the reporting year which will determine what actions to be pulled across. Note: Only the actions and tasks that are within the reporting year (has a start and/or end date within the reporting year) will be displayed. | Current financial year |
Action Grouping Level | Select your Action grouping level which you wish to filter the actions by. Only actions linked to the action grouping level you have selected will show. | Show All |
