1. Project Links overview |
The Project Links object allows you to manage linkages to projects across the organisation. Administrators can drag and drop the object into existing workflows to easily manage project-related links.
The object includes tabs related to each GSP product or module activated within your application.
2.Tabs for each link type |
You can manage tabs for each type of project link within your project.
There are three tabs within the Project Links object to manage links to:
GSP Risks
GSP Controls
GSP Incidents
3. Adding a new link |
To add a New Link,
STEP 1: Click on the Add New button and select the preferred link type from the dropdown list displayed within the pop-up.
STEP 2: Select the respective link using the tick box and click Save.
The selected link will then be added automatically under the relevant tab.
4. Deleting a link |
To Delete a Lijnk,
STEP 1: Click on the Delete button available within the respective grid.
STEP 2: Select the link you wish to remove and confirm the deletion.
Note: If the Delete option is not visible within the grid, please contact your System Administrator to ensure you have the required permissions. If further assistance is required, please contact our Support Team via the Riskonnect Success Portal (RSP) to request this change.
Note:
Only columns configured for visibility will be displayed within the tabs.
The application automatically maps data between the relevant GSP module and the PPM application.
Standard PPM permissions apply when adding or deleting records within the Project Links object.
Links will not be visible if they have been removed from any of the connected GSP products or modules.
