Project Phase Summary Extended Component

1. Overview

  • This component will display the number of Projects linked to the child nodes of a parent node, categorized under each project phase and workflow. It will also display a selected project performance summary for each underline hierarchy node.

  • The front end view of the Project Phase Summary Extended component will be as follows:

2. Configuration of Project Phase Summary Extended component

  • Title – A title can be added to the component, which will display above the component on the dashboard.

  • Description – You can add a description to the component. Description will be visible above the component on your dashboard.

  • Search Bar- You can search for a project by typing the project name in search bar placed below the Save button.

  • Project Name - This refers to the Project name added in Camms.Project. 

  • Hierarchy Node - This refers to the name of hierarchy node which the relevant project is linked to.   

  • Workflow – This refers to the project workflow.

  • Phase – This refers to the current phase which the project is in.

  • Visibility – Enable the visibility toggle button to select the projects you want to show in the project phase summary extended component.

 Note: You cannot modify any information showed in the above table.

  • You can configure the Progress RAGS to be shown on the frontend of your dashboard by clicking on the configure icon of the component.

  • The progress RAGs include both standard and custom fields which includes Project Budget RAG, Progress Performance RAG and 10 Custom Traffic Light RAGs.

    • Field Name - Refers to the field name in cammsstrategy.

    • Label Name – Refers to the field name to be displayed on the dashboard, you can edit this as per your choice.

    • Visibility – Tick the visibility check box to make the fields visible on the dashboard. The check boxes will be unticked by default.

Note: RAG01 – RAG10 are custom fields called Custom Traffic Light Field01 - Custom Traffic Light Field10.
