This section will show the Competency strengths and Gaps of the selected hierarchy level or organisation. The average rating of each competency across all users are considered when categorizing into Competency Gaps and Competency Strengths. A lower bound value and an upper bound value is set by CAMMS during configuration, if the overall rating is greater than the upper bound then the Competency is considered as a Strength. If it’s lower than or equals to the lower bound then the Competency is considered as a Gap. The number of Competency strengths and Gaps shown in the chart will be set by CAMMS during configuration.
