Incident Reports | Is there any report which provides information on User Permissions?

"User Permissions Report" provides the ability to see all primary permissions assigned to users (via Manage Users or Role Management pages) and as well as individually assess their Incident Permissions. This will be an Admin-Only report, therefore only administrative users will be able to run and access data within the report.

The report is exportable to Excel and the report body consists of two sheets: Legend and User Details

Sheet 01: Legend

  • This section provides a list of User Roles against their User Role type and available user permissions. Both Primary User Role and Incident User Role permissions are depicted.

Sheet 02: User Details

This sheet displays an overview of User details. It consists of 13 columns including Staff Name, Position, Email, Reporting Officer, Staff Status, Organisational Node, Resource Location, list of Primary User Roles and their Linked Node/Level and a list of Secondary User Roles.
