The "Linking" area indicates that the KPIs are linked at business unit, directorate and organisation level. However in EIS, no KPIs are appearing for any of these levels. Can you explain.

Because KPIs will only show based on the period they are configured and for any period you are viewing EIS.

For example, Monthly KPIs should show up in all months and Annual KPIs will only show at the end of the period.
