Yes, an updated version of the existing standard Incident Summary Report will be release with the Quarterly Release - Q1 2022 and it will contain multiple visualisations depicting the segregation of Incidents based on the Incident Type and Incident Category as stated below:
Incidents by Incident Type
This section will comprise of a column chart depicting the breakdown of Incidents per Incident Type.
Incident Type Summary
This section depicts the breakdown of Incidents for each of the Incident Categories under each Incident Type in a tabular view.
Incident Type by Month
Comprises of a multi-line graph corresponding to each Incident Type, displaying the count of Incidents reported during each month.
Category Summary
This section depicts a breakdown of Incidents reported during the filtered period segregated for each category. There will be an individual column chart against each Incident Type.
Moreover, this new and improved Incident Summary Report will include more Incident related information such as statistics and service metrics to understand the efficiency of managing the logged incidents during a period, breakdown of Incidents across Organizational units etc., top 10 Risks based on Risk ratings, Priority and Severity levels along with detailed information of each individual Incident in the system to provide a more holistic view of the Incidents in the Camms system.
