Strategy Reports | What is the logic behind the traffic light pertains to the Performance of a particular Scorecard?

The Traffic light should indicate the Performance of the entire scorecard and it should show the text On track, Off Track or Monitor according to the performance logic of the scorecard which is described below.

Example:

A particular scorecard should be linked with one/multiple KPIs or sub scorecards and the Performance of the entire scorecard is determined by the below elements of the Scorecard.

  • Scorecard Actual - Scorecard Actual for one month is calculated via linked KPI/Scorecard's Performance Value for that particular month (which is retrieved from the backend) * linked KPI/Scorecard's Weight.

  • Scorecard Target.

  • Scorecard Variance.

Refer sample image below.

If Scorecard Actual >= Scorecard Target, then Performance will be ‘On Track’.

If (Scorecard Target – (Scorecard Target*Scorecard Variance) <= Scorecard Actual < Scorecard Target then Performance will be 'Monitor'.

If Scorecard Actual < (Scorecard Target – (Scorecard Target*Scorecard Variance)) then Performance will be 'Off Track'.

Please find below sample calculation which is done for a single Scorecard:
