Closed projects are showing in the register, when it is not selected in the Closed filter?

There is a project system setting that is forcing closed projects to be displayed regardless of the filter.

This setting can be found under Project Settings > System Settings > page 2 - called "Display Closed Projects in Project Register".

If you switch this off and save. Log out and back in and it should be fixed.
