Strategy Reports | Is there a report available for KPI's that have targets and Variance in SSRS?

KPIs indicating Targets and Variances are both available in Key Performance Indicators section in the Executive Report [Camms.Strategy > Reports > Executive Reporting > Executive Report - Standard].
