Based on below logic the donut chart values are being captured. 

WHEN EndDate < CurrentDate AND PercentCompleted < 100 THEN 'Overdue'

WHEN StartDate < CurrentDate AND PercentCompleted < 100 THEN 'Scheduled'

WHEN PercentCompleted = 100 THEN 'Completed'
