Why is my object not displaying?

  1. Check the Object Configuration to confirm if the ‘visible’ tick box is selected. If this is NOT selected, it means that this particular object is dependent on a specific condition within the workflow.

Note: If it is ticked then the object should be showing at all time (i.e has no condition). please contact Camms support to have this checked if so.

 

Example with screen shots:

  • The “Close” object/Tab is not displaying against a record.

  • The close object is not an object that is displayed at all times (i.e the visible tick box is unticked)

  • The close object has a condition on the ‘Submit’ object where the field here has to be saved in order for the object to be displayed.

  1. If the visible tick box is unticked, navigate to the workflow configuration screen and click on the objects (starting from the incident object down) and click on ‘properties’. Find the field condition, when selected and saved, which will display the object that is not displaying currently). This will show the specific field, within the specific object that must have data SAVED in the tab in order for the object(tab) to appear.

  1. Navigate to the record in question and ensure that this field condition is met and saved.
