Is there a best practice for adding, archiving, and rearranging Strategic Risks in the Camms ?
In terms of adding new risks, assuming the correct system permissions are assigned then users should be able to create Strategic Risks freely.
In terms of 'archiving' Strategic Risks the best way to do this would be to do mark the risk as Inactive by unselecting the 'Active' tick box.
This means that by default risks would not show unless you search by Inactive Risks in the Risk Register, or reporting page.
The other option is to delete risks, which would delete them all together.
Moving Risks
For moving SRs (Risk Codes), is there a place in the settings to change this? What is the best practice for moving a SR up or down the list ?
Easiest way to do this would be to just manually update the strategic risk IDs in the order you want.
The best way to achieve your intended objective would be to 'unlock' the Risk ID via the Risk Settings > Risk Code (Note that you will need to have administrator access to do this)
Once in this page, you can 'edit' the Risk Type and turn the sequence to be 'editable' which will allow all users to manually type the Risk IDs as you wish .
Once you are happy with the IDs, I would then suggest turning the ID back to 'Strict' to prevent other users from adjusting this - unless of course you are comfortable for this to happen on an ongoing basis.
