The drop-down list for the Risk Appetite Benchmark is not currently showing. Can you please advise how this can be fixed?

This is configured via the Risk Categories in the Risk Settings.

Each category can be assigned an Appetite Benchmark, which helps determine if the Risk is within or out of appetite based on the benchmark for the category, and the Risk Rating. As you can see at the moment, none of the Risk Categories have an Appetite Benchmark selected, which is why the dropdown is not showing any value.

Once you have added an Appetite Benchmark against the Category, you will see that the 'Risk Appetite Benchmark' automatically populates based on the Primary Risk Category selected against the Risk record
