Can you tell me what is triggered when you tick Internal Audit Sign Off in this recommendations page please? Regards

This Audit sign off button does NOT trigger any email or anything. This is just a button to mark completion of the recommendation/action. 

Upon clicking on this button (those who have the access to do this) - the audit will move from an active state to an inactive stage.
