Not all KPIs are not showing in my Business Plan Report

KPIs must be linked to the business unit that you are running the report for.

There is a business rule that KPIs must have a Target saved for the reporting/financial year that you are running this for. This means that you must either use the ‘replicate targets from last year’ function in order to ‘save’ and ‘refresh’ the targets/actuals tab for all KPIs - then they will show in your report as valid KPIs that need to be reported on within the business plan. For Trend KPIs, a ‘save’ of the targets/actuals tab is still required for it to validate. (you can use the replicate targets from last year function for this also). Rollup KPIs - you can apply a bulk replication for all business units within each rollup KPI individually - this is not done as part of the ‘replicate targets from last year’ unfortunately and will need to be manually done on each rollup KPI.
