This article contains:

1. Home Page

The Audit Home Page is personalised to display audit information only to the logged in user.

2. Welcome Panel

The left side welcome panel shows you the various options you have, to select from.

  • Add New: Add a new Risk or any other product's item.

  • My Quick Update: Access the My Quick Update page to view, review, and update your responsibilities.

  • Risk Register: Access a Risk Register directly from this menu by clicking on this menu and click the register you would like to view from: Strategic, Operational, Project, Corporate, or Controls Register. You can set the default home page to be any register via Camms.Risk > My Settings. See article Workspace – My Settings.

  • Audit Register: Access a Camms.Risk Audit Register directly from this menu by clicking on this menu and click the register you would like to view from.

  • Incident Register: Access a Camms.Risk Incident Register directly from this menu by clicking on this menu and click the register you would like to view from. (Only applicable if you have purchased this product.)

  • Compliance Register: Access a Camms.Risk Compliance Register directly from this menu by clicking on this menu and click the register you would like to view from. (Only applicable if you have purchased this product.)

  • Executive Intelligence (EIS): Access the Executive Intelligence page by clicking on this menu. Visible to users with EIS permission.

  • Analysis: Access any analysis pages available (Risk Analysis, Incident Analysis, Dashboard) by clicking on this menu. Visible to users with permissions setup to access respective sections. Contains statistical data for visualisation and analysis.

  • Reports: Access any report pages of the Risk, Incident, Compliance, Audit products available by clicking on this menu. (Only applicable if you have purchased these products.)

Note: The default settings can be changed to have any of the above areas as the default landing page as per your preference, via Workspace > My Settings'. The 'My Quick Updates page will be set as the system default home page. Executive Intelligence and any other executive tool (Risk Analysis or EIS) will be available only if you are a user with these privileges.

3. Top Navigation Panel

The top navigation panel will be visible throughout the application and will include:

  • Left corner: Camms product logo, Your organisation's logo

  • Right corner: Support menu (About us, Support, User guide), Menu to navigate between other Camms products (if purchased), Main Menu (hamburger menu) to navigate within the product, Profile image menu (Your logged in name/designation, Alerts, My settings, Log out)

The main menu icon or the hamburger menu icon that is visible throughout Camms.Risk will allow you to navigate through all related areas (If you have the permission to do so). This includes:

  • Workspace

  • Framework

  • Risk Management

  • Incident Management (if applicable)

  • Audit Management

  • Compliance Management (if applicable)

  • Hazard Management (if applicable)

  • Quick Search

  • Reports

  • Administration
