Report Explorer – Project Selection Report

The Project Selection report is designed to provide the users with the ability to extract Project(s) details within the system. The project managers can view the reports prior to project approvals.

Date Select  

Allows selection of a specific time period. Current reporting period is selected by default.

Project Type

Dropdown allows selection of the Project Type. 'Show All' is selected by default.

Parent Project

Dropdown list of parent projects within the system. If a parent project is selected, the report will display information on child projects linked to the selected parent project. ‘Show All’ is selected by default.

Project Approval Status

Dropdown allows the selection of project approval status (Approved, Differed, Rejected etc.). ‘Show All’ is selected by default.

Code

Displays the project reference number defined within Project Details area.

Project Type

Displays the project type defined within Project Details area.

Title

Displays the project title defined within Project Details area.

Owner

Displays the project owner’s name and position defined within Project Details area.

Assessment Score

Displays the final Assessment Score defined within Assessment Model area.

Risks

Shows the average risk rating  for risk assessment levels. Risk ratings for the project risks are referred from the ‘Risk Assessment’ object within the current phase. If ‘Risk Assessment’ object is not available within the current phase, risk ratings will be referred from the latest available phase.

Budget

Displays the Annual Budget defined within the Preliminary Budget object.

Approved

Indicates whether the project has been approved or not via a tickbox graphic (if ticked, the Final Approval object has been approved).
