Project Positions

There are a number of permissions that you can set for a particular position in a project, and they are mentioned below.

  • Can View

  • Can Add

  • Can Edit

  • Can Edit After Sign Off

  • Can Edit After Terminate

  • Can Delete

  • Can Finish/Sign Off

The grid below will give you an overview of how each permission works for each object available in Camms.Project:

Project Board and Team

 

Can add new project board members.

Can modify current project board members.

Can delete current project board members.

Task Planning

 

Can add new tasks and modify existing tasks.

Can modify existing tasks.

Can delete existing tasks.

Implementation Budget

 

Add new reporting years.

Add new budget lines for reporting years (new and existing reporting years).

Add/edit budget values of newly added reporting years and budget lines, until the object is saved.

Can edit budget values of existing reporting years and budget line.

Can remove the data in any field in this tab.

Preliminary Budget

 

Can add new budget lines within tabs.

Can edit/modify budget lines and values.

Can remove the data in any field in this tab.

Attach Document

 

Can add new attachments such as documents, URLs etc.

Can edit existing attachments.

Can delete attachments.
