1. Overview |
This component will showcase risks relevant to a node within the Camms.Engage Dashboard, with the ability to view it on a heatmap.
Dashboard View of Interactive Risk Heatmap will be as follows:
Users would be able to view the latest Risk movement of any Risk by simply clicking on a Risk within the Interactive Risk Heatmap component.
The Risk movement would start from Initial Risk Rating, to Residual Risk Rating, to Future Risk Rating, based on the assessments available.
The user would be able to filter the Heatmap Risks based on the Types of the Risk Assessments (i.e. if Initial, Residual, and Future assessments are available, the user would be able to filter the Risks by Initial and Residual, Initial, Residual and Future).
Apart from the above mentioned Risk movement, by clicking on a Risk will activate the tick box field 'Show Timeline Trend' which would enable the entire Risk movement throughout the timeline.
The detailed view of a selected Risk would be visible to the user by clicking on the button 'View Risk Details' which will be enabled upon clicking on a Risk.
The Risk Detailed component of the selected Risk would be shown below the Risk Heatmap component.
2. Configuration of Interactive Risk Heatmap Component |
Once you drag and drop the component to page design area, click on the edit icon as depicted within the figure shown below.
Title – You can add a title to the component.
Description – A description for the node can be added.
Risk Assessments – You can configure the Risk Assessments to be shown on the Heatmap on your Dashboard based on your preference.
Field Name – refers to the field name in Camms.Risk.
Label Name – refers to the field name to be displayed on the Dashboard. You can edit this as per your choice.
Visibility – tick the visibility check box to make the fields visible on the Dashboard. The check boxes will be ticked by default.
Both the title and the description will be displayed above the component.
Note: You can click Save button to save the changes.
4. Search Bar – You can search for a Risk by entering the relevant text on the search bar placed above the Risk list.
5. Risk List
All the Risks which are linked to the node will be listed in the Risk Configuration grid.
You can click on the Edit icon placed at the right corner to edit the details of each risk.
Visibility – You have to tick visibility check box to show the Risk on the Dashboard. The check boxes will be unticked by default.
Risk Code – refers to Risk reference added in Camms.Risk. You cannot change the value given to the cod.
Risk Name – refers to the Risk title added in Camms.Risk. You can change the name through the admin panel as per your requirement.
You can configure the fields to be shown on the ‘Interactive Risk Heatmap' component when the user hover-over a Risk by clicking on the Configure icon of the ‘Interactive Risk Heatmap’ component.
Field Name - refers to the field name in Camms.Risk.
Label Name – refers to the field name that is displayed on the Dashboard tooltip. You can edit this as per your choice.
Visibility – tick the visibility check box to make the fields visible on the Dashboard. The check boxes will be unticked by default.
Note: You can click Save button to save the changes.
3. Configuration Related to Child Components of the Interactive Risk Heatmap. |
All the child components which belongs to the Interactive Risk Heatmap component will be visible for individual Risk configuration.
Risk Detail component will be the child component for the Interactive Risk Heatmap Component.
4. X and Y Axes Configuration of the Interactive Risk Heatmap |
Once you have logged-in to Camms.Engage as an Administrator, you can simply configure the Axes label names to be shown on the ‘Interactive Risk Heatmap' component via the Engage Configuration Details page.
All you have to do is, enter the relevant axis code configured within Camms.Risk respectively for X and Y axes for the Risk Rating calculations.
For instance if the axis configured against X is Consequence in Camms.Risk and the code saved against Consequence is 'C' then you could simply enter 'C' against the 'Enter Code to set the X Axis of the Interactive Risk Heatmap' field value.
If the axis configured against Y is Likelihood in Camms.Risk and the code saved against Likelihood is 'L' then you could simply enter 'L' against the 'Enter Code to set the Y Axis of the Interactive Risk Heatmap' field value.
'X' and 'Y' axes codes would be set to 'C' and 'L' by default, but the user would have the ability to change the codes as preferred.
