This quarter we've got a number of exciting new features and enhancements to improve your user experience within the system, which will be available in your Test environment on 11th September 2021 and will be available in your Live instance on 25th September 2021.

1. Updates to Risk Initial Datasets

1.1 Introducing an Approval Status field to Risk Initial datasets in Camms.Risk

• A new 'Approval Status' field will be incorporated into all four Risk Initial datasets to filter risks based on the statuses available in the Risk Approval Process. This field will enable to filter records based on the following approval statuses:

  • Draft

  • Submitted

  • Approved

  • Rejected

  • Resubmitted

• The following risk initial datasets will be incorporated with the 'Approval Status' field:

  • Risk_StrategicRiskInitial_STND

  • Risk_OperationalRiskInitial_STND

  • Risk_ProjectRiskInitial_STND

  • Risk_CorporateRiskInitial_STND

1.2 Enhancement to the Risk Initial datasets in Camms.Risk

• The newly introduced Primary Risk Sub Categories for a Primary Risk Category feature in Camms.Risk will now reflect within all four Risk Initial datasets. The Risk Initial datasets will now contain four different fields to indicate the Primary category, Primary Sub categories, Secondary categories and Secondary Sub categories.

1.3 Enhancement to the Corporate and Operational Risk datasets in Camms.Risk

• The flexible field configuration introduced within Camms.Risk will be applied to all datasets related to Corporate and Operational Risk types.

2. Enhancement to the Incident History Records dataset in Camms.Risk Incident

The Incident_IncidentHistoryExtended_STND dataset in Camms.Risk Incident will be expanded to cater history records under each Incident object. It is modified with new mandatory filters: Incident Object Name, Date From, and Date To, to return records based on a given time period and selected Incident object.

3. Introducing a new standard dataset to provide additional summary level project risk information

This new dataset will include the following summary level information for every project: Average Risk Rating Score, Average Risk Rating Description, Highest Risk Rating Score, and Highest Risk Rating Description. This can be joined with the existing Project Register dataset to present further details about a project, if required. 

• The following fields are included in the dataset:

Project Title	Text	Captures the title of the project
Average Risk Rating Score	Numeric	Average risk rating score of the project
Average Risk Rating Description	Text	The risk rating description which corresponds to the average risk rating score
Highest Risk Rating Score	Numeric	Highest risk rating score of the project
Highest Risk Rating Description	Text	The risk rating description which corresponds to the highest risk rating score

4. Enhancement to the Project Task Details dataset in Camms.Project

The Project_TaskDetails_STND dataset in Camms.Project will include a field which shows if a task is a milestone or not. The field will return a yes or no value. This will be based on the existing field, 'Duration' in the same dataset and if the task duration is 0, then it will be considered as a milestone.

5. Introducing a new standard dataset for Project Portfolio view

This dataset will enable you to reproduce the Project Portfolio view of Camms.Project, enabling you to design reports which easily mimic the hierarchy of projects as seen within the solution. All columns configured to be visible for this page of Camms.Project, through Project Settings > Project Portfolio View will be available via the dataset as well.
