Project position of the Resource Resource.

Description

Over Allocated

This colour code shows resources who are over-allocated

Daily View: Resources who are allocated for more than the number of working hours per day. 

Weekly View: Resources who are allocated for more than the number of working hours per week. The number of working hours per week= number of working hours per day * Number of working days per week.

Monthly View: Resources who are allocated for more than the number of working hours per month.

The number of working hours per week= number of working hours per day * Number of working days per month. 

Not Allocated

This colour code shows the resources who are not allocated for any tasks for a particular date.

Under Allocated

This colour code shows resources who are under-allocated.

Daily View: Under Allocation slots define resources who are allocated for less than the number of working hours per day. 

Weekly View: Under Allocation slots define resources who are allocated for less than the number of working hours per week. The number of working hours per week= number of working hours per day * Number of working days per week.

Monthly View: Under Allocation slots define resources who are allocated for less than the number of working hours per month.

The number of working hours per week= number of working hours per day * Number of working days per month. 

Fully Allocated

This colour code shows resources who are fully allocated. 

Daily View: Fully Allocated slots define resources who are allocated for exactly the number of working hours per day. 

Weekly View: Under Allocation slots define resources who are allocated for exactly the the number the number of working hours per week. The number of working hours per week= number of working hours per day * Number of working days per week.

Monthly View: Under Allocation slots define resources who are allocated for exactly the Number of working hours per month.

The number of working hours per week = number of working hours per day * Number of working days per month. 

Weekends

This colour code indicates the resources who are allocated on weekends.
Weekly View:

  • If a certain week has only two days in a week (Saturday and Sunday), then that week will be coloured blue to signify that it is a weekend.

  • If you selects a start date which falls on a Saturday from the filters, then that particular week will be coloured blue.

  • If you selects a start date which falls on a Sunday from the filters, then that particular week will be coloured blue.

Leave

This colour code indicates the resources who are allocated on leave days.
Weekly View:

  • If a particular resource has applied leave for an entire week, then that particular week will be coloured in light blue.

  • If you select a date range which starts mid-week from the filters, and if a particular resource has applied for leave from the start date till Friday, then that particular week will be coloured in light blue.

  • If you select a date range which ends mid-week from the filters, and if a particular resource has applied for leave from Monday till the selected date, then that particular week will be coloured in light blue.

  • If the user selects a start date which falls on a Friday from the filters, and if a resource has applied for leave on that day, then the week will be coloured light blue.

Holidays

This colour code indicates the resources who are allocated on holidays.. The holidays are defined by your administrator.
Weekly View:

  • If the duration of a public holiday is an entire week, then that particular week will be coloured in purple.

  • If you select a date which falls on a Friday from the filters, and if a holiday falls on that day, then that particular week will be coloured purple.

  • If you select a date range which starts mid-week from the filters, and if holidays fall from the start date till Friday, then that particular week will be coloured in purple.
