  • Q: Action Responsible Owners can't update Progress Targets - Operational Users.

  • A: Action responsible officers cannot update the action targets as default. However, there is a setting which allows operational users this power called "Action Permission Boost". This option allows operational users to create and edit actions in their own Department. Typically, this option is used to help speed up the Inherent entry of data, whilst still maintaining a degree of restricted access as stipulated by the application security settings.

  • Q: Camms.Strategy® links are opening in a new tab in EIS - hyperlinks are opening in new tabs rather than the current tab - this affects multiple clients.

  • A: This is currently the standard behavior of EIS hyperlinks and we are unable to change this to open in the same screen. Hyperlinks from the quick update page however can be changed through the system setting > Configure Quick Update Hyperlinks. However, this does not impact EIS. EIS has been developed in this way so that you can stay on the same EIS page, whilst checking the details of an item on a different sheet.

  • Q: The completion date calendar pop-up on the 'My Quick Update' screen in IE9 is not working. It appears as greyed out and non-editable.

  • A: You need to select the status as completed before the calendar pop up is activated.

  • Q: Can you switch off 'Strategic Risks' so you only have Operational and Project Risks showing?

  • A: Strategic Risks can be hidden - we just disable the parameter from the backend. Please let us know if you want this done.

  • Q: Can you switch off the Secondary Categories?

  • A: Secondary Categories is standard and cannot be hidden.
