2. Setting up delivery schedules |
The Schedule tab within the Report Designer and the Schedule button within the Dashboard page allows you to view scheduled deliveries as well as add, copy, and remove schedules.
Summaries of existing schedules are listed together with delivery configurations.
A New Schedule can be added using the Add Schedule button.

Note: To delete multiple schedules at once, select them by ticking the tick boxes on the left and then click the Trash icon. |
To add a schedule, click the Add Schedule button.
Enter a name for this schedule.
In Schedule tab:
Select Scheduling Type.
Scheduled Alert: delivered only if report has data at scheduled time.
Scheduled Reporting Item: delivered regardless whether it has data or not at scheduled time.
Select desired time zone.
Select a start date in the future.
Enter the start time.
Select a common recurrence period from the list, or select Custom Recurrence to define a different one.
3. In Delivery tab, select:
a. “Email” ‘Email’ Delivery Type: send the report to the email address of selected users.
i. Select Delivery Method: email a Link, email an Attachment, or email with Embedded HTML body.
ii. Customize the default template if necessary.
b. “File Location” 'File Location' Delivery Type: save the report as a file.
i. Delivery Method is Send to disk.
ii. Select the Export File Type: PDF, Word Doc, Excel or CSV.

Note: Reports sent to disk can be accessed by your Administrator. |
4. Optionally re-select values for report filters.
5. Click OK to close the Add Schedule pop-up.
6. Click Save at the top to save the Report with its new Schedule.
