The Traffic Light configuration page

Once you select the Traffic Light tab following grid will be shown:

Color Code – You can click on each square to set the RAG color. Each will show you a color pallet to select the color to be shown for the outcome RAGs.

2. List Type – This drop down will list down the type of the performance item.

There are three tabs in the dashboard dedicated to Traffic Lights, each with its own set of list values and corresponding colour codes:

To view the list values and colour codes for each tab, click on the '+' button next to the respective tab. This will expand the grid, displaying the list values and their associated colour codes.

Budget Status

List Value: This column represents the different values associated with budget status in Camms.Strategy.

Colour Code: This column displays the corresponding colour codes for each list value.

Compliance by Authority Document

List Value: This column indicates the percentage of linked obligations in the Camms.Risk Compliance module.
Colour Code: This column showcases the colour codes associated with each list value.

Milestone Types

List Value: This column showcases the custom milestone types used in the configuration of the Portfolio Milestone component.
Click on the Add button Click on the Add button

Here you enter your preferred milestone name, pick a color and save the changes.
Colour Code: This column displays the colour codes assigned to each milestone type.
Edit Button: This button would allow you to edit the respective milestone type and colour.
Delete Button: This button would allow you to delete the respective milestone type.
Add New Button: This button would allow you to add a new milestone type.

Editing Milestone Types:

To modify the list values and colour codes of milestone types, click on the 'Edit' button next to the desired milestone type.

This action will open the 'Edit Milestone Type' popup window, where you can rename the list value and choose a different colour from the colour palette.

Adding Milestone Types:

You can also create new milestone types by clicking the ‘Add New’ button, which opens the 'Add New Milestone Type' popup window.

In this window, enter the preferred milestone name, select a colour, and save the changes.

Deleting Milestone Types:

To remove a milestone type, click on the 'Delete' button next to the respective milestone type. This will delete the list value and its associated colour codes.
