Download the APK file into your android device.
Since your phone considers any application outside of Google Play an "unknown app", you need to tell your phone to allow you to download and install unknown apps. Use the following:
ENABLE "UNKNOWN APPS" ON ANDROID 8 (OREO) AND LATER
Go to Settings > Apps.
Tap Menu icon > Special access.
Toggle Install Unknown Apps to the On position for the application the link is opened on.
(This might also be prompted automatically)
ENABLE "UNKNOWN APPS" ON ANDROID NOUGAT
Go into Settings.
Tap Security (or Lock Screen and Security).
Scroll down to the Device Administration section and enable Unknown Sources. (This might be prompted as well)
Tap the downloaded APK file. Allow the app any required permissions it asks for if prompted. Then, at the bottom of the installer window, click INSTALL.
You'll see a confirmation the app is installed. Now you'll see the app available in your list of installed apps.

Live - You can log in using your organization credentials. Some setups may require Single Sign-On (SSO) or OAuth-based authentication.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes, certain features like incident reporting are available offline. Once your device is reconnected to the internet, the data will sync automatically with the server.

How do I report a new incident?
Open the app and tap on the “Add New” button to add a New Incident.
Fill in the required details, including location, description, and category.
Optionally, upload photos or attachments and submit the report.
Can I edit an incident after submitting it?
Editing an incident depends on the user role and system permissions.
