Overview of the Certificate Module
In this section, you gain comprehensive control over certificate related data within your group. The "Learners Certificates" module is accessible under the "Certificates " section in main the navigation.

Learners Certificates: This sub-module allows group admins to view certificate-related information for learners in their group. They Group admins can see which learners have obtained certificates, either by individual learner or by learning activity. However, group admins they cannot manage or modify the certificates. The sub-module is divided into two tabs for better visibility and management:

Viewing Learners Certificates
The “Learners Certificates” sub-module provides an organized organised structure for viewing certificate details by learner and by activity.

To view the certificates of a specific learner, click the “view“ button in the Action column. This will redirect you to the a list of activities and certificates obtained by that learner.

The "By Activity" tab allows Group Admins to see view the certificates associated with each learning activity in their group.

Both the “By Learner” and “By Activity” tabs include a “Download as CSV” button, which allows allowing Group Admins to export the displayed data.
