Welcome to cammstalent! This unique evaluation process is fully integrated with the planning and performance management process of the organisation, thereby aligning individual performance with organisational success.

The system is flexible to accommodate the evaluation of staff at all levels and is an important management tool to:

  • Ensure a consistent appraisal methodology is used across the whole organisation.

  • Ensure performance expectations are clearly documented, communicated and reviewed.

  • Facilitate communication and feedback between staff and Managers.

  • Identify personal development goals of staff.

  • Identify any training and development needs.

  • Determine any remuneration changes and increments that may be required.

  • Provide timely feedback and information to relevant stakeholders.
