Reports – Service Delivery
1. 3 Year Service Profile Report |
Consists of a 3-year planning report including a 3-year budget for the selected service profile.
Following filters are available:
Filter | Description |
|---|---|
Service Profile | A drop-down list that allows selection of a Service Profile (defined in Planning > Service Delivery > Service Profile). The default selection is the first Service Profile as per alphabetical order. Note: Can select only one Service Profile. ‘Select All’ option is unavailable. |
Reporting Year | A drop-down list that allows selection of a Reporting Year. The default selection is the current reporting Year. |
The following information is displayed for the Service Profile selected.
Filter | Description |

Description: | Description of the Service Profile (defined within the Service Profile Detail area). |
Outputs: | Description of the Service Profile outputs (defined within the Service Profile Detail area). |
Primary Outcome: | Displays the Primary Outcome linked to the Service Profile (within the Service Profile Detail area). |
Secondary Outcomes: | Displays all Secondary Outcomes linked to the Service Profile (within the Service Profile Detail area). |
Business Unit: | Displays the Business Unit linked to the Service Profile (defined within the Service Profile Detail area). |
Budgets: | Displays Budget Details (only the Targets) of the linked Business Unit for all three reporting periods (Defined in Action Budget area). |
Note: Information displayed in Description, Outputs, Primary Outcomes, Secondary Outcomes, Business Unit will be the information of the current system period irrespective of the Reporting Year selected from within the filtering area.

2. 3 Year Service Profile Actuals Report |
This report will show service profile data for the selected year and two years ahead.
Following filters are available:
Filter | Description |

This report will be similar to the Three-Year Service Profile Report except that it compares the budget figures with actual expenditure and the KPI targets with actual achievements.
For the selected Service Profile, the following information is displayed.

Business Unit: | Displays the Business Unit linked to the Service Profile (defined within the Service Profile Detail area). |
Budgets: | Displays Budget Details (Target and Actuals) of the linked Business Unit for all three reporting years (Defined in the Action Budget area). |
KPIs: | Displays KPI details (Target and Actuals and the unit of measure) of the linked KPIs for all three reporting periods (Defined in KPI Target/Actual area). |

3. Actions by Service Profile Report |
This report shows Actions and Budget information categorised by Service Profiles.
Following filters are available:
Filter | Description |

Business Unit | A drop-down list that allows selection of a Camms.Strategy® Business Unit (defined in Framework > Business Unit). The default selection is the ‘Show All’ Option. |
Service Profile | A drop-down list that allows selection of a Service Profile (defined in Planning > Service Delivery > Service Profile). The default selection is the first Service Profile as per alphabetical order. |
Reporting Year | A drop-down list that allows selection of a Reporting Year. The default selection is the current reporting Year. |
Service Profile Name linked to the selected Business unit will be displayed. For each service profile, the following information is displayed.
Filter | Description |

Action | Displays the Action linked to the service profile (Defined in Action Detail area as Action). |
Start/End Date | Displays the Start and End Date (defined within the Service Profile Detail area). |
Budget Type: | Displays the budget type of the Action (defined within Action Detail area). Budget Details (Budgeted and Actual Income and Expenditure details) of the selected period. (If the selected year is 09/10, the budget details for 09/10, 10/11 and 11/12 will be displayed). |

4. Global Service Profile Actual Report |
This report consists of all Service Profile information, including related three-year budgets or actuals and KPI targets or actuals, for a selected financial year.
Following filters are available:

6. Management Plan by Business Unit Report |
This report consists of all Service Profiles and related actions and budget summary for a selected financial year.

7. Management Plan Report |
This report consists of all Service Profiles with related actions and budget summary for a three-year period (starting from the selected financial year).
