Planning – Delivery Program / Operational Plan – Service Profiles
Services link the services provided by the organisation to its corporate goals and outcomes. This section allows you to set up and manage the service plans for your business unit. New service profiles cannot be allocated through this page, but you can modify the existing profiles.
This area will display only the services that are allocated to the current business unit.
At the top left-hand corner, you will see a list displaying your current business unit. If you want to access another business unit you can select it from the list.
Go to Menu > Planning > Delivery Program / Operational Plan > Service Profiles to access all Service Profiles for your organisation or select Services from the side toolbar.
To add a new Service Profile, click on the New button, fill in details under the 'Details, Current Approach, Future Approach, Action Budgets' tabs, and click Save at the top-left corner of the page.
