Type: SSRS Report

Description: An excel report consisting of Incident Details that are assisted by color coded 'Potential Consequence' and 'Actual Consequence' columns, to help easily prioritize Incidents. Other details include Incident code, name, description, date, location, type, responsible person, status and investigation due date.
